About this Opportunity

CrowdDoing's Pro Bono Initiative is seeking an Interdisciplinary Integration Coach, a specialized role designed for coaches inspired by the richness of interdisciplinary collaboration. In this role, you will work with a globally distributed team of volunteers and systems change partners from over 30 countries, each bringing unique interdisciplinary perspectives. Your mission is to foster an environment where these diverse disciplinary backgrounds synergize, enhancing the collective impact on global systemic change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coaching sessions that encourage the integration of diverse interdisciplinary insights and methodologies.
  • Support volunteers and partners in leveraging their varied expertise to enrich collaborative projects and initiatives.
  • Guide participants in navigating and valuing the complexities and benefits of interdisciplinary collaboration in a global context.
  • Develop strategies to harmonize different disciplinary approaches, fostering innovative solutions to systemic challenges.
  • Actively participate in the CrowdDoing Coaching Collective, sharing and developing best practices for interdisciplinary integration.

Qualifications:

  • Certified coach or substantial experience in coaching teams or individuals in interdisciplinary settings.
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of various disciplines and their potential for cross-collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for facilitating understanding and synergy in diverse, global teams.
  • Commitment to ethical coaching practices, confidentiality, and fostering a supportive and inclusive coaching environment.
  • Interest in or knowledge of global systemic change, interdisciplinary approaches, and working in a culturally diverse and distributed setting.
