About this Opportunity
Tradtions Health Hospice is seeking Veterans to be matched with a Veteran hospice patient. The volunteer would provide compassion, companionship and emotional support.
This is a rewarding experience for both the volunteer and the patient and only requires a couple of hours of week to share some good conversation and camaraderie. You could swap stories over a cup of coffee, take a walk, enjoy the sunshine out-of-doors or play table games. Whatever is meaningful and enjoyable. This is an excellent way to give back to your community and make a difference in our patients and families lives.
