About this Opportunity
Traditions Health Hospice is currently looking for a Hospice Administrative Volunteer to help out in our friendly Woodward Oklahoma office.
Duties include:
- Making weekly phone calls to exsisting patients or their family member to cdetermine patient needs for supplies and medications. Calls made on Wednesdays or Thursdays between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Volunteer sets their own schedule.
- Filing
- Preparing patient education packets.
- Assist Volunteer coordinator with new and ongoing projects and activities.
- Plan hospice patient birthday and holiday celebrations.
- Assist with answering office phones under the direction of the Volunteer Coordinator.
