Position Title: Program Director, Social Impact Fellowship
Reports To: Chief Programs Officer (CPO)

Organization Description:
The Center for Societal Aspiration (CSA) is a startup nonprofit organization developing integrated programs supporting individuals and communities - from trauma recovery to entrepreneurship - alongside bold research in social science and technology that improves societal well-being.
CSA operates innovative, lean programs, including:
- CSA Social Impact Fellowship
- CSA Aspiration Studios
- CSA Human Development & Applied Practice
- CSA Social Enterprise Incubator
- CSA Society & Technology Research Lab
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision, structure, and growth of the CSA Social Impact Fellowship program.
- Design and teach the curriculum and weekly learning/experience cycles.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise fellows across multiple focus areas (e.g., marketing, programs, finance, HR, etc.).
- Coordinate with mentors, speakers, and internal departments to enrich the fellowship experience.
- Ensure fellows are equipped with real-world, equity-driven social impact training.
- Track fellow progress, manage feedback loops, and maintain alumni engagement pathways.
- Build external relationships with universities, social impact leaders, and potential program partners.
- Represent the fellowship publicly and help raise its visibility as a leading development opportunity for aspiring changemakers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in program design, youth development, education, or fellowship/volunteer program management.
- Strong communication, planning, and team leadership skills.
- Passion for cultivating early-career leaders in the social impact space.
- Ability to manage a diverse team in a virtual, fast-paced environment.
- Alignment with CSA’s mission, values, and equity-driven approach to systemic change.
Commitment:
- Estimated commitment: 6-8 hours per week (virtual, flexible).
- Attend weekly program coordination meetings and monthly CSA leadership meetings.
