Unpaid Internship Opportunity: Podcast & Live Comedy Show Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated intern to assist with the launch and ongoing production of a new podcast and a potential monthly stand-up comedy show. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry and build your network in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-production and research for podcast episodes
• Help coordinate logistics for podcast recording and live comedy events
• Support with guest outreach, scheduling, and communications
• Organize show materials and episode notes
• Manage deadlines and follow-up on outstanding tasks
• Attend in-person sessions only for podcast recordings and live events

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Quick turnaround time and strong follow-through
• Research savvy and resourceful
• Thick-skinned and professional under pressure
• Comfortable working independently and in creative environments

This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys comedy and media production, and wants to gain real-world experience in show development and event planning.

Location: Los Angeles/tbd

Time Commitment: Part-time, flexible hours (mainly remote)

Compensation: Unpaid internship (college credit if applicable)
