FYAR is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through music, arts, and workforce development. We’re seeking a dedicated Project Assistant to support the coordination and execution of our various youth-centered programs and events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on nonprofit experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and work closely with a passionate team creating real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating projects, including career days, workshops, and pop-up events
• Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups using shared tools
• Support communication with volunteers, partners, and community stakeholders
• Help with basic research, scheduling, and preparing materials for meetings
• Collaborate on reporting, documentation, and impact tracking

Attend virtual meetings and provide updates or minutes as needed
