Are you passionate about making people feel welcome and connected - even through a screen? Join our Team as a Chat Host and help us create a warm, engaging online experience during our live services and events!

As a Chat Host, you’ll greet attendees, foster conversation, share important links, and offer encouragement to everyone who joins us online. Your role will be essential in helping people feel seen, valued, and loved.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome participants as they join live services/events.
• Engage in friendly, meaningful conversation in the chat.
• Share key resources (such as prayer request links, giving info, next steps).
• Pray for and encourage guests in real time.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment online.
• Coordinate with the service team for any important updates.

Requirements:

• Comfortable typing and chatting in a fast-paced online environment.
• Friendly, encouraging, and attentive to guests' needs.
• Basic tech skills (we’ll train you on any tools you’ll need).
• Passion for connecting people to community and faith.
• Available at least once a week for 1-2 hours during live services.
