Intentional Sports is a nonprofit organization that stands committed to inspiring Chicago¿s youth through the power of sports. Our mission is to provide equitable opportunities in sports, wellness, arts, and education through programming that is rooted in excellence, respect, and service.

Help us design two major citywide events that connect Chicago youth and families to sports, wellness, and community resources¿join the mission to build opportunity through intentional play! As our VISTA, you¿ll play a pivotal role in developing two large-scale, sustainable community events that connect Chicago families with impactful resources, youth programming, and holistic development opportunities. These events¿one in the spring and one in the fall¿are designed to activate our space, deepen partnerships, and establish long-term systems for outreach and engagement.

The VISTA will focus on project management, community outreach, volunteer systems, evaluation tools, and resource development¿not coaching or direct youth work. You¿ll help build sustainable planning systems, document best practices, and lay the groundwork for events that serve as anchors for our programming year after year.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth development, event coordination, and building community infrastructure. We¿re looking for a candidate who can work independently, think strategically, and collaborate across teams.
