The Miami Marlins Foundation makes a positive IMPACT in South Florida by creating opportunities for youth in underserved communities to stay active, achieve academic success, and build leadership skills. Our programs focus on wellness, empowerment, and Youth Baseball & Softball. We encourage our team members to be bold in innovation and be a key contributor to making a measurable impact in our community. Our organization takes pride in representing the South Florida community as we build a championship culture both on and off the field. Our office is located at loanDepot park in Miami, FL. The VISTA will assess program impact, develop better data collection systems, and strategize ways to engage donors. As the foundation's mission and vision will evolve in 2026, the VISTA will play a key role in setting the foundation to be more efficient and impactful with the revised mission. By streamlining processes and increasing visibility, this role will help expand resources, strengthen community relationships, and set up the Miami Marlins Foundation for long-term success. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate, a self-starter, enthusiastic about sports and giving back to the Miami community.
