26-27 Triangle Ultimate Youth Engagement VISTA

Triangle Ultimate organizes youth and adult Ultimate Frisbee leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics in the Triangle region of North Carolina. Our mission is to collaboratively build a community emphasizing accessibility, relationships, and engagement through learning, playing, and teaching the sport of Ultimate. We are a community of parents, players, and enthusiasts, among other things who share the same passion for ultimate and serving our community.

Triangle Ultimate runs over 90 different programs throughout the year. Over 50% of our 3,000+ participants are youth. We have strong partnerships with local youth-serving organizations. We focus on building relationships and partnerships with organizations that serve low-income and underserved youth communities.

Our organization is run by a dedicated team of 6 full-time employees, many part-time coaches and contractors, as well as hundreds of volunteers. We love our work!

We¿re excited to share our workplace culture and benefits. Like our other full-time staff, this position will be hybrid, with a mix of in-person at our office, at programs, and working from home.

You will have the opportunity to gain skills through professional development, interact with passionate community leaders, and pursue additional certifications and training through our partnerships. Triangle Ultimate also offers free leagues and programs to all of our team members.
