Summer Associate - Community Engagement and Recruitment- KY

YouthBuild Louisville empowers young adults to earn their high school equivalency, gain workforce skills, and engage in community service. The program builds leadership, career readiness, and personal growth while connecting participants to education, training, and supportive services that foster long-term success. The VISTA Summer Associate will enhance YouthBuild¿s capacity to recruit, engage, and retain opportunity youth by developing and implementing targeted outreach strategies, coordinating recruitment and alumni engagement events, and establishing sustainable data collection and tracking systems. Through focused efforts in designated communities, culturally relevant outreach, and structured event planning, the VISTA Summer Associate will increase program visibility, strengthen community and alumni connections, and ensure data-informed recruitment processes that connect eligible youth to education, workforce training, and supportive services¿creating pathways to long-term economic stability and success.
