Greater Miami Service Corps empowers youth and young adults through education, workforce training, and community service. The program builds leadership, career readiness, and life skills while connecting participants to opportunities that foster personal growth and community impact. The VISTA Summer Associate will work to increase YouthBuild¿s ability to recruit and engage eligible youth by implementing targeted outreach, coordinating community service initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation of recruitment activities. The VISTA Summer Associate will strengthen community partnerships, enhance program visibility, and ensure data-informed strategies are in place to connect opportunity youth to education, workforce training, and supportive services, supporting long-term participant success.
