Mah Jongg Volunteer Leaders

Alzheimer's Association is seeking volunteers who are passionate about Mah Jongg to become Mah Jongg Volunteer Leaders for its "Do What You Love to End ALZ™" program.

Energetic and well-connected Mah Jongg enthusiasts will rally fellow players to host games, tournaments, and fundraising events in support of Alzheimer's care, support, and research. Whether a casual player, tournament organizer, or part of a Mah Jongg club, Mah Jongg Volunteer Leaders have an opportunity to lead with heart and make a difference through the game they love.

Mah Jongg Volunteer Leaders will:

• Recruit Mah Jongg players, clubs, and groups to start fundraisers
• Coach participants on how to plan, promote, and fundraise through their events
• Host recruitment games or info sessions to engage new supporters
• Connect with local game stores, community centers, and Mah Jongg retailers for partnerships
• Table at Mah Jongg events, give presentations, and attend community gatherings
• Send follow-ups, write thank-you notes, and celebrate fundraising milestones
• Represent the Alzheimer's Association mission with warmth and dedication
