Admin Volunteers

Administrative Volunteers are need in several areas of our agency.

As an Administrative Volunteer you will bring your creativity, organization, and abilities using your known business development skills to work. You will be able to strengthen your business development, planning, organizational, problem solving, social media marketing, email marketing, creative content development, and customer relationship skills while keeping Cumberland moving forward.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Creating, proofing, and enhancing presentation materials for staff
Assisting HR team with posting positions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings
Providing administrative support by answering phones, distributing mail, printing/copying documents, and setting up meetings including conference lines/video conferences
Creating communication ideas through Email Marketing channel
Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
Maintaining confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
Securing information by completing database backups
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling when appropriate

Must consent, complete, and pass all background checks required by DFPS including: department of public safety, FBI fingerprinting, and DFPS central registry.
Must complete Cumberland Volunteer Orientation.
Must have a Tuberculosis test completed with a negative screening.
