About this Opportunity

Our Summer International Health Fellowship (SIHF) was created as an opportunity for students interested in devoting part of their summer to gaining medical experience while providing service to impoverished communities, and is one of our most popular programs.

Our programs are especially designed to provide medical experience and exposure appropriate to the undergraduate and 1st/2nd year medical student level, which makes our sites very popular among pre-health university and medical students. As part of the SIHF program, we strive to provide Fellows with a unique and well-rounded experience through incorporating extensive clinical exposure and public health initiatives.

The Fellowship is a long-term experience with a cohort of individuals with similar interests in careers as physicians, physician's assistants, as well as nurses and global health professionals.
