Description:
Do you want to join a tight-knit volunteer/staff team? Do you want to enhance the patient experience? Volunteer assistance is crucial in providing every day care in meeting the needs of our patients and their families in our Interventional Pain Clinic. Volunteers assist in the day-to-day functions of a busy outpatient department to ensure quality care is given to our patients in a timely, efficient and respectful manner.
Qualifications:
Volunteers in this assignment must:
1. Possess good customer service skills
2. Be able to push a wheelchair
3. Be able to walk long distance repetitively/stand for up to 4 hours
4. Possess strong organizational skills
5. Be experienced with or capable of acquiring computer skills
6. Enjoy interacting with people
