About this Opportunity
Community Volunteer Fire Department (CVFD) is always looking for more EMS personnel! So far in 2015 between fire and EMS, CVFD is averaging 23.1 incident responses per day. If you are looking to see some action and give back to the community, CVFD may be the department for you.
We are looking for ECA, EMT, AEMT, and Paramedics! This is a volunteer position, but you do receive a $10/run abatement if you respond to more than 10 calls a month ($5/run if less than 10 responses).
CVFD's protection district is located on the West/Southwest side of Houston, TX. We do not have a residency requirement, and we have some volunteers that travel an hour or more to serve with us.
