Boys & Girls Club of the Foothills (BGCF) is a high-impact nonprofit that serves over 1,200 youth annually across Monrovia and surrounding communities through after-school, summer, and sports-based programs. We help young people¿particularly those from historically underserved communities¿reach their full potential through academic support, mentorship, and enrichment.

We are seeking a VISTA who is organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded to support our growth and sustainability efforts. As a Strategic Projects & Partnerships VISTA, you¿ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that powers our success. You¿ll help coordinate strategic initiatives, organize stakeholder communication, track partnership progress, and develop tools to improve executive and board effectiveness.

This is an ideal position for someone who excels at logistics, loves organizing information, and enjoys seeing big-picture plans come to life through thoughtful coordination.
