26-27 Protential Foundation Duval Community Impact VISTA

Protential Foundation is a youth development nonprofit committed to breaking the cycle of poverty through intentional sports-based youth development, education, mentorship, and community partnership initiatives. We use the power of sport to build character, expand opportunity, and connect young people to pathways in education, workforce development, and life success.

In partnership with AmeriCorps VISTA and Coach Across America, this role supports the expansion of our community impact infrastructure across schools, colleges, community organizations, and professional sports partnerships. The Duval County Community Impact Coordinator VISTA will play a critical capacity-building role focused on three key areas: 1. developing and strengthening strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and community-based organizations; 2. expanding and operationalizing the partnership with Jacksonville FC (JFC) to increase youth programming, mentorship, and player pathways; and 3. building sustainable fundraising systems, donor pipelines, and event-based revenue generation strategies.
